All warranty claims are between the purchaser and the manufacturer. I take pride in every bow that I make which is why I offer a 12 month (from completion date) replacement warranty with every newly made sinew composite bow and fiberglass bow purchased. Warranty is only available on finished bows. If anything happens as a result of faulty craftsmanship or faulty materials we will replace the bow with a similar bow as soon as I am able or repair it at no cost to you.  I also offer Lifetime repairs on sinew and glass bows as long as I am able on anything that is deemed repairable by me. Shipping cost is the customers responsibility. Faulty bow must be returned for inspection. A thorough inspection will be done by me and the result of damage is decided by me. Not following the Instructions and Important bow care rules as emailed to you will void the warranty. If you need another copy of these rules please contact us. We offer no refunds. All returns must be approved first, so email us before sending it back. When returning your bow, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping and packaging costs and ensuring that the bow is packaged securely. There will be no warranty if the bow is lost or damaged during the return shipment. We suggest you insure the package and use tracking info. Negligent use by you or another is not covered. There is no warranty on u-finish, kit bows, or class made bows as these are projects you complete. But if you make a mistake and your honest with me I will help you in anyway I can. Work on it then blame damage on me or the bow and I cannot be of help to you.  Any bow sold "USED / AS IS" has no warranty whatsoever.  keep in mind natural bamboo had scars, cracks, scratches, etc it has character and is normal.

Ordering and Shipping:
I produce unique, highly efficient, compact, powerful bows that will provide you with years of performance. I build each and every bow as if it were my own. Your bow will be test shot in the field by myself.
Please contact me if you’re interested in purchasing one of my custom bows. I will make sure we choose the bow that will best suit your needs and discuss any additional specs, add-ons you’d like on/with your bow. My bows are custom made to order. Delivery time could be long depending upon current wait list of existing orders. I will not rush a bow. If the climate is not suitable to build and/or test shoot your bow, your wait time will be longer. Please be aware of this when placing your order. The good news is your spot is locked in once order is placed. Your bow immediately gets added to my production wait list. Please keep in mind all the components are carefully selected and hand-crafted by me for each customer per order. Thank you again for your patience and support! If this is for a gift, please do not hesitate to ask us for a Gift Confirmation Certificate. The certificate can be made for any occasion and sent via email for prompt availability. More details on wait based on product:

The wait on in-stock , bows, advanced kits and parts is usually only 1 or 2 weeks. Unless I am on the road teaching.

The wait on all bows is usually 14-16 weeks; sometimes more, sometimes less. Does it take this long to make one? Not exactly. But since I make each one from scratch it does take several weeks from start to finish, and there are orders ahead of yours. The Sinew Composites, due to their nature, are usually closer to 6 months plus; sometimes more, sometimes less.  Please read below for more details. Keep in mind these are not like any other bow, they are a hybrid composite and if I had to compare them to something I would say they are more similar to a horn bow than a wood bow. Composite horn bows cost $1000-$3000 and take 12-18 months to make. So as you see my creation time and price is pretty reasonable.

What dictates the wait?

Order volume is high and has been for a few years now. Don't let the low prices muddy your perception of my bows and what work goes into them. I am not a wooden bow mill or factory. I alone, make these unique composite bows all from raw materials, to order. I took a complex style of composite bow and simplified it to some degree so that it can be more affordable for all to enjoy. I am an honest man and each order is locked in its spot on my list as they come in. I work 7 days a week to bring all my efforts in providing the very best I can for all of my loyal customers in the most timely manner possible. Be patient and I promise to make you the best bow I can. There are many other orders ahead of yours and everyone wants theirs yesterday. I do my best to stay on track with this even when mother nature fights me. Even with a tillered DIY Bow Kit, they are still made by me from raw materials into a completely functional bow, then shot, trained, then dismantled in such a way so that you can enjoy rebuilding it with success. You then get to do the finish work, customizing, etc...so this end result saves me some work/materials and I pass the savings on to you. This is an approximate wait time and could be sooner as well based on my workshop teaching and filming schedule at the time of year. Pre-scheduled workshops/events take precedence and I am typically booked for something every month.

I will not rush a bow and don't think you would like me to rush on your new handmade bow either.

I am one man and I am picky with my work. I have a small, simple shop that is not climate controlled but do most of the work out in nature with hand tools. This equals very little overhead/expense on my part. It is how I prefer it to be. It keeps me humble and grounded. Always striving to be more efficient in simplicity. I am a practicing minimalist.

What does all this translate to you the client?

It means you have commissioned one man to create something unique for you just the way he would create it for himself. It means each one will be unique to itself and only my hands touch it from start to finish. It also translates into very affordable prices for you. This, in addition, means there is a wait list of other clients ahead of your order. I am a family man, a homesteader with yearly obligations at the property and mother nature calls the shots.

My loyal customers understand the wait time and, in this small niche market for a unique bow, they expect it. In a “everything right now” world where mass production bows (whether lumber yard board or fiberglass) dominate the market, some new to the world of primitive/traditional archery may not understand this wait at first which is why I go into detail about it. You came to me because you did not want the run of the mill and would rather have a tool that is crafted to be an extension of you and as much alive as you. All I ask is that you let me do my job and make you the best bow I can.

If this is for a gift, please do not hesitate to ask us for a Gift Confirmation Certificate. The certificate can be made for any occasion and sent via email for prompt availability. Can be printed and slipped into a card and given to recipient. Certificate will be accompanied by a photo of the product and state “A special gift is being hand-crafted just for you and will be on its way soon!”

I don’t spend a lot of time on the computer or cell phone. I cannot keep up with emails requesting updates or pictures as I get dozens everyday. If it is something important about your order, please call me and if I do not answer leave a message with reason for calling and a good time/number to reach you back at.

Very much appreciate the support and look forward to making this for you!

Thanks again,

Mead Tribe!
